All sales and subscription purchases made on YogaFit are final. There is absolutely no return or refund of money once a transaction is successfully completed.
Our trainers restrict class sizes and allocate dedicated time for your wellness journey. Because this dedicated availability is utilized immediately upon registering for a plan, we cannot offer reimbursements for partial usage or early cancellations of memberships.
If you believe you have been billed in error (e.g., duplicated charges) due to technical difficulties with our payment gateway partner, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of the disputed charge. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case strictly for technical validity.
At this time, we do not automatically prorate or issue partial refunds if you elect to change your subscription tier mid-billing cycle. For questions on how to manage your upcoming renewal, please see your YogaFit Dashboard.
